Patheon Solstice - Early rambling

Pantheon Audio's next project appears to be centered around the goal of getting the most music and soul out of a line stage. I set down to draw a design and layout that I found appealing while keeping some goals of separating the PS from the drivers (see above). We found this heading down an ultimate Pantheon 6SN7 SRPP type solution with Jensen Copper PIO and Tantalums with 5R4GY tube rectification; controls would be necessary attenuation and source switching(3). Jeff then brought up the 5687 as a near ultimate driver after I was studying the Emotive Audio Poeta. So here we stand debating back and forth.

After the 12th email, I had descended to topics such as, "why not go ahead with tube regulation and stop messing around?" Jean-Francois was about to put his head in his own hands and twist with glee. The hole punch was not even pulled out of the drawer and ye olde end-of-the-rope had already been summoned. It was not a pretty sight.
